• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Solon Smiles is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk / Patient Check-In Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage
• Collect copays and patient payments
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
• Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and information
• Support the front office team with daily administrative tasks
• Help create a positive experience for patients from the moment they walk through the door

Qualifications:

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dental or front desk experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and be a team player
