Treatment Coordinator – Waterford & Clarkston Dentistry

Waterford & Clarkston Dentistry is looking for an outgoing, goal-oriented Treatment Coordinator who has a passion for customer service and enjoys building strong relationships with patients. We’re looking for someone who is confident, motivated, and excited to help patients understand and move forward with their dental treatment.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and provide an exceptional experience
• Check patients in and out and ensure all necessary information is accurate and up to date
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions, scheduling, and general inquiries
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions
• Review treatment plans, costs, and financing options with patients
• Build strong relationships with patients and create a welcoming office environment
• Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment and unscheduled appointments
• Help maximize the doctor’s schedule and support overall office goals
• Work closely with the doctors and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete necessary front-office documentation
• Assist with other front-desk responsibilities as needed
• Meet and exceed individual and office goals while providing exceptional customer service

Schedule

Our patient hours are:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Schedule flexibility: Monday and Wednesday will be split-shift days, and the two late evenings will be shared between the Treatment Coordinators. The new Treatment Coordinator will be required to work one late evening per week and one Saturday per month.
