Office Manager – Cambridge Dental | Macomb, MI

Cambridge Dental is looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team full-time. We’re seeking a strong leader who is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience, supporting their team, and helping the practice thrive.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the dental office team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients and team members
• Oversee office operations, scheduling, and administrative processes
• Support patient retention and practice growth initiatives
• Monitor practice performance and help identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist with staff development, training, and team engagement
• Help ensure the practice meets operational and organizational goals
• Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, communication, and patient service

• Previous dental office management or leadership experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Schedule

• Full-Time – 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday
• Some Saturdays may be required
