Mentor Smiles | Mentor, OH | Treatment Coordinator

Mentor Smiles is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming patient experience while helping guide patients through their treatment plans and financial options.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
• Present treatment plans and clearly explain procedures to patients
• Review insurance coverage and provide cost estimates
• Coordinate scheduling for treatment and follow-up visits
• Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
• Verify insurance and assist with billing and payment collection
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Send appointment reminders and follow up with patients on pending treatment
• Keep the front office area clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office or treatment coordinating experience preferred
• Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing processes is a plus
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.) preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent required
