Smile Jobs is partnering with Gabriella M. Paolucci to find an Associate Dentist to join her growing team in Joliet!

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dentist who values building personal connections with patients and is committed to delivering exceptional dental care to both new and existing patients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming, patient-focused practice with a strong support team and an established patient base.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative office environment, enjoy clinical autonomy, and appreciate the opportunity for long-term professional growth. Full medical benefits are available for full-time employment.

Schedule

  • 5 days per week
  • Includes at least one evening, Fridays, and Saturdays

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Illinois dental license
  • 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and support staff
